Add Support for Multiple Users in Functional Tests
The current functional test framework only supports one user. To fully test Barbican's features, such as Role Based Access Control and per-secret permissions, many users with different configured roles and projects are needed.
A full implementation will cover the full matrix of RBAC and per-secret policies.
