Smaller release package

A smaller release packet should be built for deployment. The current release has more than 2.500 what leads to a very painful experience when uploading via FTP oder SSH.
Possible solutions:
- Only deliver YiiLite (only one file)
- Deliver a phar-packaged version of chive which works as a one-filer (this would be the ultimate solution)
