Improve cinder APIs documents

Currently, there are many parameters supported in the cinder api, but not in the api documentation, for example, 'name', 'id', 'migration_status', 'bootable', 'metadata', and 'image_metadata' attributes are supported in the List accessible volumes with details API or List accessible volumes API, but there is no relevant introduction in the cinder api documentation, which is very unfriendly for api users, so these api documents need to be refined.
