JovianDSS: Rework Open-E JovianDSS driver

Provide major rework of Open-E JovianDSS driver that involves
 - improving performance of volume and snapshot creation and deletion
 - removing revert to snapshot support
 - improve storage net interface picking algorithm

This work is done in order to be compatible with newest versions of JovianDSS storage.
