Also, we had some discussion as to whether this was really a new feature or a bug because the "feature" was to make the backup driver work with file based volume drivers as well as block based.

This blue print only deals with extensions to TSM driver to support file backed volumes. The goal of these changes are that any cinder volume can be backed up using TSM driver, regardless of the storage architecture used in the volume backend. There is no overlap with the implement-
