User Types
Type of users of Circle. Stories uses these users to describe who is doing the action on the system. It helps to understand the different needs of the categories of users.

System Administrator
=============
- Configure desktops, laptops and servers.
- Can use a text editor to edit configuration files.
- Has root access to the hosts he manages.
- Does not want complex configuration on multiple hosts.
- May not have a configuration management system (like Puppet).
External User

- Does not have a user id in the community.
- May have interest in using the community services.
- Does not have a keypair (SSH, TLS, other) registered in the community.
Community Host
==========
- A computer that has access to list of users and groups of the community.
- Can have local accounts/groups and community accounts/groups.
- User and groups numbers are unique between the local and community database.
- May be disconnected from the community network temporarily and reconnected from time to time.
Community User
==========
- Has an account in the community database.
- Can authenticate to community services.
- Has access to community members public data.
- May want to access community services from home with a host member of the community (laptop).
Community Operator
=============
- Can add, edit, delete accounts
- Does not have a technical background
- Give "administrative security" to users.
Road Warrior Community User
==================
- Is rarely connected in the community private network.
- Has access to community services.
- Internet connection may be slow/unreliable.
- Higher risk of theft of his laptop.
