Allow the user to choose the authentication method

The idea is to allow the user to choose an authentication method from the login page, from a selection specified in horizon's settings. Authentication methods are based on keystoneclient plugins.
When the authentication method is chosen, the login form is dynamically modified to reflect the required arguments for that specific auth method.
The first step to implement this is to change the authentication mechanism to use keystoneclient sessions.
