As a multimedia operating system, festival needs to be able to read files from a large panel of partition. Since the EXT2 FS is the mosty common on unix based OS, we will implement a RO driver.

The VFS API is moving to quickly to leave this part of the code maintainable!! Nonetheless this spec hasn't been marked as deferred since I still need to access my ext partition from festival!
