Improvement that will allow us to not mess with splinters on UCS chassis

There is a need to extend kernel selection up to the latest kernel-ml (3.10+) to work with UCS chassis(any 2.6.32 does NOT work) and reduce usage area with splinters-enabled envs in the production. I suppose NailGun should be modified to inject proper string in the kickstart and FuelLib may require some modifications to not install kmod-openvswitch when kernel version is high enough.
