Murano as plugin in Fuel
To provide flexibility for Murano and to support multiple releases and versions, to detach Murano from controller node
and to support all necessary features we should implement Murano as plugin for Fuel 9.0.
This feature implementation requires following things to be done:
1. Use upstream murano puppet module for deployment (https:/
2. Support all murano features (GLAR, CFapi, any new which will come from Mitaka)
3. Update Murano tests in fuel-qa to support Murano deployment from plugin
