Upgrade Fuel Admin node from 8.0 to 9.0
Upgrade the Fuel Admin node to 9.0 version. Accommodate to the latest changes, including:
- Fuel services moved from Docker containers into the host system
- package-based updates for most of Fuel packages available
- support for custom deployment graphs
- support for repeated deployment
The upgrade procedure must be as close to the base deployment procedure as possible.
The upgrade procedure shall be data-driven and will involve reinstallation of the Fuel Master node with the same IP configurations.
