Separate `ping IP` from `ping DOMAIN-NAME`

In product.sh, in order to troubleshoot quicker if the problem is related to connectivity or to name resolution, ping an IP before, check the result (eventually print a connectivity error), then ping a domain name, check the result (eventually print a DNS resolution error)
