Support Python code generation through a plugin.

pax: Tepache is a program that converts Glade XML files into python code. Can we take any code from this project?

2007-09-18: pax: There is a 2004 article in Linux Journal entitled "Rapid Application Development with Python and Glade" (http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/7421). The author wrote a script called GladeGen (ftp://ftp.ssc.com/pub/lj/listings/issue123/7421.tgz). It does much of what tepache does. We should ensure all GladeGen features are included in Gladex.
