Hello World example using container
Based on the work from the container AdHoc TC, the spec has been updated to allow describing containers along with the artifact. Several complex use cases have been described in the spec, however, to help kick start the initial development to support container, a simple minimal use case is needed. This can be broken down into the following steps:
1. TOSCA tempate: We do have the HelloWorld example for a VM, so this can be modified to use container instead.
2. Heat resources: dependency on blueprint https:/
Consider which Magnum api is ready to use for the use case. Swarm is preferred for simplicity
3. Work through the manual set up to validate the use case can be brought up
4. Implement the code in the Heat Translator to generate the Heat template for the use case.
