Ability to add attributes to table links

Currently developers have the ability to assign attributes and css classes to a table column. In addition, they can assign link_classes which allows them to attach css classes to a column containing a link.

However, there is no way to attach attributes to the link. We should add the ability to attach attributes to a column containing a link via the link_attrs property. This would give developers more flexibility and control over the link.
