Support for datastore-specific operations in Trove Dashboard

This is a placeholder for the addition work that is needed to fully support different datastores in Horizon. See https:/
Currently, Horizon (through redstack) defaults to MySQL.
If you look at:
1) Launch Instance -> Initialize Databases (creates initial db and admin user), Restore Backup
2) Instance Details -> List Users, Databases, Backups
This may currently work for MySQL but may be different for MongoDB, Couchbase, Redis, Cassandra, etc.
