Replace all the old icons with the new font icons

This is the continuation of work from the blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/horizon/+spec/font-icons

Now that we have an icon font available in horizon, we need to work on removing all the old icons, and replacing them with new ones. This process can be gradual and take a long time and lots of patches.
