import and export HTML5 Canvas format images

HTML5 Canvas is a flash-killer. To be able to edit images and export these to HTML5 canvas format is definitely a thing to do for the next releases.

What is wrong with adding vector graphics via SVG? Canvas is usually used for raster graphics.
[2011-07-02 ~suv] The output extension 'ink2canvas' by Karlisson Bezerra has been committed yesterday to Inkscape trunk in revision 10406. Please test and comment/report any issues you encounter.
