Saving to svg and eps/pdf at the same time

I use Inkscape to generate .eps and .pdf drawings to insert into my LaTeX document. This works great! The only thing is that I have to do a "save as" and choose the eps or pdf file type every time I slightly modify a svg drawing. This is a huge waste of time when working on large numbers of figures (I have over 150 figures in my thesis).

Wouldn't it be possible to add a "save options" tab in the Inkscape preferences where I could specify which file types to generate when I save (or do a Ctrl+S keystroke) my drawing? I am sure it wouldn't be very complicated to do and would save me and others a tremendous amount of time.

Ok guys (and girls) keep on doing a great job on Inkscape.. This software rocks!!!!
