Provide an option to snap position and height/width to integer values
It is important to keep objects positions and sizes limited to integer values when using Inkscape for web-page design. Failure to do so results in anti-aliased horizontal and vertical lines that "don't look right" in exported bitmaps. Currently, an object's position and size must be manually truncated after every move or resize operation. The existing snap features don't solve this problem (objects snap to fractional values even on an integer grid or guide line). A "check-box" option next to the coordinates toolbar similar to the proportion-lock would be nice. The setting doesn't need to persist with objects; it can be a global edit-time option.
