Allow control of the visibilty of individual nets in PCBNew

During Parts Placement: The option of turning off ratsnest connections of high pin-count nets (such as GND, VCC) makes manual parts placement much easier, and provides a better result.
During Routing: In cases where a copper flood is used to connect ground or power pins, the ability to make these nets invisible reduces the clutter seen on the screen.
