Deploy additional servers and infrastructure for fast models and slaves
LAVA is currently running on a single server in the validation farm. In order to support fast models, we will need to have systems dedicated to running the fast models software for a LAVA client. Additionally, having LAVA constrained to a single machine is causing some performance bottlenecks that we have observed. Remaining servers will be used as slaves to offload of of the more resource intensive tasks.

[pwlars 2011-12-14] The servers have been ordered I believe, but have not yet arrived. Blocked on this obviously until they actually get here, but I'm not expecting that to happen by tomorrow's release

It's likely that they arrived over the holidays but Dave isn't back until next week to continue this. Will try to get confirmation from someone else in the office about the status of the order.

[fboudra, 2012-02-01] rabbitmq setup is blocked until the cloud has been set up, which is blocked until the new e-net switch arrives. Move the WI to Celery blueprint.
