Update Linaro Android to android-4.1.2
Why?
Android has a new tag to update to, android-4.1.2_r1. To keep Linaro up-to-date we need to rebase out work on top of it.
Context?
We do this as part of our general platform effort.
What gets produced?
Builds for all our targets that are at android-4.1.2 plus Linaro patches.
