Upgrade the Upstream Focused TI Kernel to 39
John Stultz's 39 kernel has stabilized and is available for Beagle, Beagle xM and Panda. Upgrade the upstream focused build to use this kernel and add support for building it in the autobuilder.

The task "Debug why the HDMI port doesn't work on Beagleboard xM rev C but works on A3" is done. Later versions of beagle running with a newer u-boot didn't exhibit this problem. https:/
