Make the monkeyrunner scripts public

we have a couple of monkeyrunner scripts for running some benchmark tools and extracting the result automatically in https://linaro-private.git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=people/bhoj/benchmarks.git. But there are some APK files coexist with the script which we can not deploy, so the git repository is in private form now.
As our member or partner and others also want to use it, so we will consider making it public here
