Perf events for GPU drivers
As perf supports system-wide events (soon), it would be really useful to have the kernel device drivers for GPUs generate perf events to improve profiling.

For utilization mode, Mali just showed the ratio of GPU(GP,PP) the duration of activity at given period. It also provides time stamp which show the start and end system time for each of GP and PP(it can't be a common for all of the GPUs), meanwhile all of the Mali perf definitions(e.g. counter source id) are now included in user space.

Got Oregen board to colsolidate Mali driver in Jul 24. Moved Mali activation on Origen board to 2011.08.
