Quarterly Progress bar/metric for Lane view
A progress bar at the top of the lane view, counting blueprints completed vs. planned rolled up for all cards.
This is needed to replace our currently used Metric "% Requirements Complete" with something meaningful for our new monthly/quarterly engineering cycle. See: https:/
