[2013-08-22] Individual libraries now mentioned in Jira. This blueprint not being moved.

libmpi is important it is used extensively in high performance and scientific computing. We won't take it in now but should consider it in the next iteration.

libpthread is weak on ARM and needs looking at.

libm, libgmp: Both useful (see 1st comment).

libfreevec, which is written to expoit neon intrinsics....

Effort invested in crypto functions would benefit alot of apps... lots of socs have crypto support on them so the issue becomes how to exploit the various different crypto accelerators.

libglib: Needs work on synchronization primitives. Doesn;t belong in toolchain.
