Enabling ARMHF builds for both linux-linaro and u-boot-linaro at Ubuntu and Linaro LEBs
For Precise we (and Ubuntu) already supports ARMHF, but we're still lacking packages core packages to have a full image available for it.
Work with Ubuntu identifying the core packages that need changes, and push a newer version also enabling the build for ARMHF.

[rsalveti, Jan 5, 2011] From what I remember, we should update u-boot-linaro, linux-linaro and lt-quickstart at both Ubuntu and Linaro LEBs. Please also check if there are any other packages that we might need to enable ARMHF.

Acceptance: All manually packaged and ci packaged kernels and u-boot-linaro will both armel and armhf versions.
