Investigate and improve the boot speed of Oneiric based images
Investigate the bootchart result from the Oneiric based images (as we'll be moving to Oneiric probably on 11.10) and identify what could be improved. Fixes should be applied at the Overlay PPA and Ubuntu bugs should be filled so the fixes also end up at the Oneiric + 1 release.

Whiteboard
[rsalveti, Sep 27, 2011] No progress during 11.09 (low priority), moving for 11.10 for now (also more useful as Oneiric should be the default then).
[rsalveti, Oct 11, 2011] Moving back to backlog as 11.10 is a quite short cycle.
Headline: Ubuntu LEB based on Oneiric contains an improved boot time, with reports available at wiki.linaro.org and bugs filled against Ubuntu upstream.
Acceptance: Boot chart for Oneiric based images available, reports showing the issues and areas for improvements, bugs filled against Oneiric (upstream) and bug fixes available at the Overlay PPA.
