Manila share support recycle bin
manila share support recycle bin.
1: End user can soft delete share to recycle bin, the share can be recovered before deleting it completely.
2: The share in recycle bin will be deleted complete after 7 days. of course admin can set this time in config file.
3: After the share is deleted to the Recycle Bin, it will no longer occupy the project quota, it will occupy project quota after it recovered.
4: Manila maage will create an periodic task to check which share have expired, if expired, will call force delete share api to delete it.
5: Can not soft-delete a share that has snapshots.
6: Need to add new API about soft-delete and soft-delete-
