NetApp ONTAP: Support for Readable Replicas

NetApp ONTAP storage has support for mounting non active replicas. The NetApp driver is not implementing the readable replication type, though. Implement the readable type for NetApp driver. For compatibility, the driver will keep reporting the replication type containing the dr style.
