Add support for cloning shares

Manila has support to create shares and snapshots. Cloning a shared file system efficiently is a use case for many cloud applications.
Manila may be used as a storage provisioner for Kubernetes-based applications, and the Kubernetes storage working group is adding support to cloning persistent volumes soon.
