Read and write kvtml format

Currently MoreWordsPlease can read the popular kvtml format, which uses e.g. the KDE vocabulary trainer Parley. The aim is that Morewordsplease reads also the grade of the vocabularies. Furthermore the purpose is that MoreWordsPlease can also write vocabulary files in the kvtml format.
