Implement smarter image filtering

Currently images are filtered in UI wth regard of murano_metadata and the only reasonable filtering can be done between linux and windows images.
This is definitely not enough for complex workflows. One might want to filter out only images with specific capabilities, sya with docker/k8s installed or specific linux repo, etc.
Murano should implement a smarter UI for marking images and smarter UI for filtering images in dynamic_ui
