Download application package from GIT repo

It would be convenient to be able to specify a GIT URL for adding a package definition to the application catalog. Given a github URL, Murano would then clone the specific repo and make it available. This would simplify the process of adding a new application via the UI for the end-user, and via CLI this functionality would make it easy to rapidly populate the catalog of a newly deployed environment via simple script.
