Synchronize the output to save all sql statements in one file

Having several files could be useful for some cases but sometimes, you need to just save all data in one file, with multiple threads running and trying to save data in the same file it will not be possible if we do not sync the writes.
Myloader should be also be able to read from this kind of file or even from a mysqldump file trying to reduce to the minimal the use of memory.
