External adapter for various 3rd party tools

There are numerous (!) third party tools for tuning, profiling, checking health, copying data etc. Some of them takes host name, port etc on the command line and should be trivial to write a generic adapter to. The adapter could extract the credentials for the current connection and pass it on to the third-party tool.

Any output produced by the tool could by default be text/plain just sent back to the myterm command chain.

As a proof-of-concept, write an adapter for the mysqltuner perl script.
