Support plugin download from within myterm

Set up some web directory where non-bundled plugins could live. Add command to download plugins from that repository, or from an arbitrary url. The plugin would be stored in the users .myterm/plugins directory. e.g.
myterm> plugin --repository http://
...
myterm> plugin --download http://
