Nova-uuid in Docker Image names

Nova Docker uses the default image name as given by Docker runtime / client to images provisioned through openstack. This feature is to provide rename the image with nova-<uuid> instead of the name Docker gives it by default for storing the uuid in image name instead of the default name in docker image.
