Nova libvirt volume driver for Veritas HyperScale
This specification proposes to add a libvirt volume driver for the support for Veritas HyperScale Storage. The addition of this volume driver extension to libvirt volume will be leveraged by Nova to attach/detach volumes provided by Veritas HyperScale.
