base_qualitiy module should also work on zip files

an installed zip files is not recognized and has to be unzipped manualy
if this is a desired behaviour at least a useful message should be issued instead of " module does not exists" which obviously is not true, because the modules is available in the modules list
IMHO a "usability Error"
