Service Layer: JSON Schema definitions

We need a small feature to parse JSON schema definitions. It should consume local and remote URIs, validate them, and parse them into resource models that users can easily engage with. They should also tie in somehow with documentation - allowing end-users to completely understand their API options. Wiki article is attached for further discussion.
