What we need to cover for Freya (to prevent regressions in functionality from Luna):
- Resolution
- Rotation
- Positioning
- Enable/Disable Each monitor
- Mirror displays
- Choose primary display

What would be nice:
- Refresh Rate
- Enable/Disable Vertical sync for each monitor

What's covered elsewhere:
- Color Profiles ("Color" plug from GCC)
- Brightness ("Power" plug)
