Patrole currently does no RBAC testing for Swift. This blueprint first requires investigating how to achieve RBAC testing for Swift, because Swift works differently from other services in that it has no policy.json.
Tempest uses logic in many of its negative Swift tests to check for Forbidden exceptions -- that is a good starting point.
