The tests should be implemented like the following: https://github.com/openstack/patrole/blob/7c7b570124ea30c0ce264558cc39581aa1e4081b/patrole_tempest_plugin/tests/api/compute/test_server_misc_policy_actions_rbac.py#L127

A test should be provided for each API endpoint enumerated in nova's policy documentation provided above.
