Add a sudo option to Nagios checks

For tighter control over security, Nagios system administrators may prefer to grant sudo access only to the commands that the plugins run, rather than granting sudo access to the entire plugin directory. Add an option to make the plugins execute with a sudo prefix, such as
--sudo PREFIX
