Upstream OMAP3: fixes to existing files

This blueprint covers the portion of the OMAP3 upstreaming work which deals with fixes and changes to code which already exists in upstream QEMU. The acceptance criterion is that all the major patches and updates to existing upstream files should be submitted upstream. (This might not include some minor tweaks, and doesn't include cases where a complete new omap3 device is added to an existing source file, or any new-to-omap3 source files.)
