"Fix spec templates" bug from Mageia is valid for ROSA/Mandriva, as well. Not with high priority, since rpmdevtools doesn't seem to be popular there. But the package is potentially useful, and I've just rebuilt it for Cooker.
Dependency LOOP removal isn't explicitly mentioned here. Not clear whether LOOP removal
needs a separate blueprint or should be bundled/included as part of a larger effort here.
