SELInux and MSSF security plugin integration

SELinux has a patch (from tresys) to add opaque methods
through module loading to RPM's state machine (see the
patches in <email address hidden> archives).
MSSF is trying to enhance/unify those methods (from Tizen nee
MeeGo patches) described here:
